Men Move Monthly is a monthly adult men's movement group, focused on physical wellbeing and improving day-to-day movement. It's perfect for those wanting to move more and feel better in their day to day lives, plus it's a great opportunity to meet people.

New to dance?

No worries, come along for a taster session! The sessions are aimed at men of any ability, and it's a good chance for you to meet us and the other men who attend - if you have any questions, feel free to contact Ollie at info@zoielogic.co.uk

Who's it for?

Men* who want to feel better in their bodies, think clearer, connect with themselves and others, and improve their functional movement.

*When we refer to men, we are inclusive of all gender identities, presentations, experiences and expressions of being a man.

How do I prepare for it?

Wear something you feel comfortable to move in. You will be moving / dancing throughout the session. Joggers, shorts, t-shirts, jumpers are all good examples of things to wear. Shoes are optional, but we advise you to wear trainers if you wish to keep them on.

There will be light refreshments (tea/coffee… maybe biscuits), but make sure to bring water or a bottle to fill up.
