For too long, men* have been fighting a battle between who they're expected to be versus who they truly are.

Told to be strong, not vulnerable. Bold, not emotional. Resilient, and never ask for help.

It's exhausting. It's isolating. And it's costing lives.

At ZoieLogic, we believe movement is power. That's why we offer something the world has never seen before - The Big Movement.

A bold, disruptive movement designed to get thousands of men moving for their mental health. We invite men to dance through darkness, harness hope and we leave no one behind.

*When we refer to men, we embrace all individuals who identify as a man and are inclusive of non-binary people who identify with expressions and experiences of being male.

The Big Movement is a loud, powerful force and unapologetic act to reduce isolation.

From workplaces to community centres, high streets to parks, we welcome all men to move together for their mental health: one man and one move at a time.

Through a programme of workshops, social events, public activations and performances, The Big Movement aims to raise awareness, reduce loneliness and combat stigma, while creating safe spaces for men to connect and get active.

Dance is unexpected. Dance is bold. And that's why it works. We're flipping the script on what movement means for men. This is not about perfection; it's about participation. Embracing the value of friendship and connection to step together towards the light.

Stereotypes must change and we're rebuilding a space where men can meet, discuss and move without judgment, express without fear, and connect without barriers.

No past experience needed. No fancy footwork required. Just the courage to take the first step.

Because every step forward is a step towards better mental health, stronger communities, and a movement that will shake the world.
